Start
The Kids' Race will begin at 7:45am, the Half-marathon at 8:00am, and the Marathon, Relay and 10k at 8:10am. All races will start at Centennial Park on Wenatchee Avenue, winner of the 2003 Great American Main Street Award. Marathon walkers only may start at 6:30 a.m. but will not be eligible for awards

Packet Pickup & Registration
Saturday, April 19, 2008; 3 pm - 6 pm
Location: Wenatchee Racquet & Athletic Club, 1913 Skyline Dr., Wenatchee
Sunday, April 20, 2008 (Race Day); 6:30 - 7:30 am
Location: Centenial Park (Start Line): 104 South Wenatchee Avenue.

Aid Stations
Aid stations will be approximately every two miles. Most aid stations will distribute both water and sports drink. For Marathoners, Gu will be distributed between miles 9/10 and 19/20.  For Half-marathoners, Gu will be distributed at mile 7.

Timing
Timing will be performed by Athlete's Lounge, using Running Time System electronic timing.

Commemoratives
All marathon and half-marathon finishers will receive custom designed medals. The participants of all events will receive custom designed shirts commemorating their accomplishment.   Kids Run participants will recieve medals, but not shirts.
Note: Entries received after April 10, 2007 are not guaranteed t-shirt and/or correct size.

Age-Group Awards
Age-group awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in 5-year age-groups from Under 20 to 70+.

Marathon/Half-Marathon Overall Winner Awards
Awards will be presented to the overall Male and Female winners of the marathon and half-marathon.

Walkers

Walkers are encouraged to participate in any of the events.  Entry fees are the same for walkers as runners.  Walkers recieve all the aid station, timing, commemoratives and awards referenced above. We will hold an early bird start for marathon and half-marathon walkers only at 6:30 am at the start line.  Early bird walkers will not recieve aid station benefits until after the race has started and EARLY BIRD WALKERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARDS.

Parking
Please park on Columbia Street behind Arlberg Sports and the Convention Center (.25 mile from Start; .5 mile from finish), on at the following parking lots on the Apple Capital Loop Trail via Worthen Street: 5 th Street Riverfront Ice Arena (.75 from start; at the finish line), Orondo Boat Launch (.25 mile from start; .5 mile from finish), Riverfront Park (.5 mile from start; .25 mile from finish). Plenty of off-street parking downtown near the start. Please do not park at Key Bank next to the start line!
